I miss writing. Letting my blog die must be one of the dumbest things I ever did!

So excited that I'm finally moving! I can't believe I lasted as long as I did in this midget sized, college dorm style house. Convenient as it is, I'm ready to take the next step and move to a bigger, nicer place. :) I can't wait to have a full sized kitchen with a big stove and a real bathroom ahaha. Oh, how I missed those things... Not to mention having a washer/dryer on premise!

I was a bit anxious last week because I hadn't found a place yet and I need to move out by the end of this month which was in two weeks. As fortune may have it, I found the perfect place right before my trip to Vegas.. or should I say the perfect place found me? hehe. It's on the neighborhood borderlines of Brentwood, Westwood and Bel Air.. I still haven't figured exactly which one it's a part of yet. I love it! - but really, anything's better than what I'm living in now haha.

It's the last house at the end of a cul de sac, surrounded by lush, green forestry that cuts off the busy streets of LA from view. The house is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath and I have yet to pick between a room with a walk in closet or one with my very own fireplace... I had to admit, I am leaning towards the fireplace because you know, what room is really complete without one? ;)

When I first moved from Palms to Santa Monica it took 2 or 3 trips with a stuffed full Porsche SUV to move all my clothes and belongings... can you imagine what it's going to take now that I have that AND an entire house full of furniture?? Oh my..

I spent a couple hours packing today and put Jason to work on trip number 1, stuffing his entire truck full of things, including a 500 pound suitcase full of books. I had no idea I even owned so many of them. Sure made me look studious when I unpacked it in front of my new roommates, haha!

Bought some boxes and am now packing for trip number 2. The house hasn't even started to look vacant yet!
