They say if you accomplish something once, it was luck. If you can do it again, it was skill. Okay - so maybe "they" were only referring to making a million dollars but I'm referring to blogging! =P
I've been wanting to direct my creative juices towards something productive because school has been more repetitive than challenging lately and so, I'm rather restless. My need to always be "doing" something is kicking in since school has now become the norm. After writing an essay about myself to submit to the Scholars Program I thought, "Wow, my credentials aren't bad! I did all this??". I included an entire paragraph about my blog and former internet "stardom". It made me realize how much I miss the daily doses of narcissism I use to exhibit to the world. =P I mean, who doesn't like talking about themselves and expressing their opinions if they have an audience that actually listens? Well, if you don't - I sure did.
Haha. I'm just joking. Well, half joking. Really though, I miss writing and taking the time to get my thoughts down. Not only was it great to interact with a fans and meet and hear opinions from people all over the world, it also helped me sort my thoughts out and on many occasions was quite useful to be in touch with so many people. I miss it. I miss you!
Okay. Maybe right now "you" isn't so many people hahaha. This site is new, no ones heard of this new name and so far we've got a grand total of about *drum roll please* 20 viewers! =D It's okay. When I started blogging, I did not have any expectations of where it would go, I was simply having fun and sharing. In fact, it was the overload of viewers that made me stop in the first place so maybe this is better. I prefer intimacy. hahha.
It's 2:30AM now... I rarely stay up this late anymore but I took a nap earlier. I should go to bed so I can wake up for swim class in 7 hours.
